In order to maintain the highest possible standards, Ruthbridge provides all staff with regular training to develop the skills and knowledge applicable to their role of helping customers overcome their outstanding debts.

As part of our commitment to ensuring both our customers and clients are provided with the best possible service all of our Customer Advisors have completed the CSA's Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI), as a result of this we have achieved Company Accreditation each year since the initiative was introduced.
