You can call us on 020 8814 2299 during the following hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm and last Saturday of every month 9.00am – 1.00pm.

Please have your reference number and your debit/credit card details to hand, or your bank details if you want to set up a Direct Debit.

Send us a cheque

You can send us a cheque made payable to 'Ruthbridge Limited' to Ruthbridge Limited, Ashley House, 86 - 94 High Street, Hounslow, TW3 1NH. Please write your name, address and reference number on the reverse of the cheque.

Payment Disclaimer

Before making a payment we advise that you complete an income and expenditure form to ensure the payment you are making is affordable and will not put you in any detriment. Please do not jeopardise any priority repayment commitments and only make payments that are affordable to you. Your bank may charge you for a missed direct debit payment. Payments made by credit card may incur interest and charges from your card provider.
