It sets a benchmark for the industry by examining each collector's knowledge of relevant Regulatory Guidance and the Legislative Framework. A significant part of the test deals with issues concerning TCF providing further evidence of Ruthbridge's commitment to finding amicable solutions which are fair to both sides.

Ruthbridge Managing Director, Emmanuel Amissah, commented:

"I am delighted that the Collections team has achieved such a fantastic result for a second year. The CAI has helped to improve knowledge and awareness of compliance and increased public confidence in the industry. This is excellent news, and I fully support it. It also means that customers can be confident that Ruthbridge is a company where their fair treatment is central to our corporate culture. "

Stephen Morley, CSA Head of Learning & Development commented "We are delighted with the results produced from our members in the Collector Accreditation Initiative. As we are entering our 3rd year since the accreditation was introduced it is encouraging to see such a high percentage pass rate from Ruthbridge and we hope to see this continue well into 2014.
